Let’s start with this tutorial to learn how to setup IPTV with Kodi krypton 17 using PVR IPTV simple client.
Firstly, you need to visit the Homepage of Kodi 17. Click on TV. From there, click on Enter Add-on Browser. You will need to set up PVR for this. To setup PVR, visit the Kodi site and setup PVR from there. You can also add PVR setup in your device by clicking on Enter Add-on Browser. After clicking the button, choose PVR IPTV Simple Client. Select Configure by clicking on the configure button.
After clicking on configure, click on the button General. This button will lead you to the general settings of PVR. If you have the M3U URL playlist you want to play, simply change the location to Remote Path (Internet Access). If however, you don’t have M3U playlist, you need to first create an M3U playlist. I explained in another article how you can create an M3U playlist.
When you are done with configuring PVR setup, enter the URL of IPTV channels of your M3U playlist. Click Ok after adding your playlist. IF your M3U playlist is stored in local storage, you can change the location from remote access to local Path (Include Local Network).
The next step is to choose your M3U playlist URL. Select the Kodi IPTV M3U file from the source. Click on Ok. Then click on Enable. Enabling will start loading the channels immediately. Wait until all the channels are loaded. Once the channels are loaded you need to go back to the home screen. Select TV from the home screen to play IPTV PVR.
If you want to setup EPG for your IPTV, click on Configure. Click on EPG Setting. Choose XML URL from there. Enter your EPG URL. Click on OK and restart Kodi. After restarting Kodi, you will be good to go. You can watch movies, soccer, sports and all your favorite shows from all across the world.
